Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has more than 20 production machines including 7 layers-casting-stretch film machines, film rewinding machines, packing tape jumbo coating machines, packing tape splitting machines, adhesive tape rewinding-cutting machines, etc. Our continuous improvement plan for the production workshop aims to improve efficiency, minimize waste, and optimize production processes.

The Two Parts of our workshop
Part of them are engaged in the production of adhesive tape products:
1. The production line and its apparatus
The tape production line at our organization typically consists of the following steps: gluing, coating, drying, slitting, and packing of raw materials. Slitting, coating, packaging, and drying kiln machines are examples of essential equipment. To guarantee effective and continuous production, these devices are configured in accordance with the requirements of the production process.
2. Materials and raw materials
The main basic constituents of adhesive tape are additives, glue, and substrate. Adhesive, which is mostly made of materials like acrylic acid, is the primary component of adhesive tape. The substrate is usually composed of plastic film, paper, or fabric. Tape's performance can be enhanced by additives, which can raise viscosity and enhance temperature resistance.
3. Inspection of quality
Strict quality control procedures are often in place at tape factories to guarantee consistent product quality. This entails paying closer attention to the production process in addition to inspecting raw materials, completed goods, and semi-finished goods. In order to increase product quality and competitiveness, our factory will continuously develop production procedures and formulae based on input from the consumer and market.

What equipment is needed to produce adhesive tape?

Coating machine
Attach the adhesive to the backing material through a coating machine. This machine typically consists of a drying oven, tension control system, and coating head, with the aim of ensuring consistent and uniform coating thickness.

Splitting machine
The tape can be cut to the required width after coating. The coating material is sliced into narrower rolls using the slitting machine. It is made up of a precise control mechanism for cutting precisely and a razor or rotary blade.

Rewinding machine
A rewinding machine winds the tape's small slit around the core. These devices ensure that the winding tension remains constant and the tape is properly coiled around the core.

Printing machine (optional)
You can print patterns, product details, or logos onto tape using a printing machine if you need to alter, publish, or exhibit the brand.

Packaging equipment
The tape roll must be packaged for delivery after it is produced. Packaging equipment includes things like labeling, shrink-wrapping, and boxing finished rolls.

Quality control equipment
We use an array of instruments and apparatus, including as optical inspection systems, peel strength testers, viscosity testers, and thickness gauges, to monitor and regulate the quality of our products. By using these tools, we can make sure that the tape's quality satisfies all relevant specifications.

Material handling equipment
We use equipment like pallet stackers, elevators, and conveyors to facilitate the transfer of semi-finished items, finished goods, and raw materials in order to improve transportation and production efficiency.

To ensure the safety of every user of the machine, we utilize protective devices, personal protective equipment, and emergency stop buttons.
